Tiger Baby Records, the record label founded by popular musician Ankur Tewari along with filmmaker Zoya Akhtar and producer Reema Kagti, has released Dance With Me, a disco and funk-infused EP showcasing six young voices from Mumbai’s SoBo House of Music. The EP, part of a series of children’s music releases in collaboration with Platoon Music, features songs written, composed and produced by SoBo instructors Stephen Fernandes, Bradley Tellis, Garth D’mello and Nathan D’souza. Singers Divisha Khandelwal, Annika Nair, Shriya Rao, Sana Lamba and Soha Koradia deliver confident, personality-packed performances over retro-inspired productions.
The EP’s opening track, “You & Me,” is a vibrant throwback to the 80s disco era.
